On Thursday President Trump decided it was time to break his silence. Trump finally responds to Stormy Daniels questions, specifically about the $130,000 payment to the adult film star.
While taking questions on Air Force One, a reported asked Trump: "Did you know about the $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels?"
Trump's response? "No."
He was then asked, "Why did Michael Cohen make it?"
Trump responded, "You have to ask Michael Cohen. Michael Cohen is my attorney you'll have to ask him."
"Do you know where he got the money to make that payment?" Trump was then asked.
"No I do not," Trump replied.

The payment being discussed was made by Trump's lawyer just one month before the 2016 election. According to Daniels she received the payment to keep her mouth shut with the election so close.
Stormy Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, commented on the situation on Twitter.

The plot just thickened. President Trump made a very interesting claim and is not one to back down from anything. Stay tuned as we will be waiting to hear from Michael Cohen.
