The Trump Admin has made a statement with regards to how pro-life they are. The Department of Health and Human Services states in their strategic plan document for 2018 to 2022 clearly that life begins at conception.
Per Daily Wire:
The relevant portion reads: “HHS accomplishes its mission through programs and initiatives that cover a wide spectrum of activities, serving Americans at every stage of life, beginning at conception."
The Trump Administration’s language is a major change from the language used by the Obama Administration, which wrote, "HHS accomplishes its mission through programs and initiatives that cover a wide spectrum of activities, serving Americans at every stage of life."
HHS doubles down in its statement of its goals, which reads, in part, “A core component of the HHS mission is our dedication to serve all Americans from conception to natural death."
A tertiary example comes when the document states: “HHS seeks to improve health care outcomes for people we serve. While we may refer to the people we serve as beneficiaries, enrollees, patients or consumers, our ultimate goal is to improve healthcare outcomes for all people, including the unborn, across healthcare settings.”
This will score a ton of points with Trump's base as it was one of his core campaign promises.
