Surprise! The Daily Show host Trevor Noah is raving about President Trump and how he is the first president to "actually deliver" on promises he made on the campaign trail. Whether you like Trump or not, you have to admit, Noah is right.
While appearing on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” the known Trump critic actually stated that the president has given his show "purpose" since he took office.
Noah claims that people saw him as soft when he took over the show in 2015. claiming that he “wasn’t angry enough." One person even asked him, “‘Where’s your indignation?'”
To which Noah commentated, “But what do you have to be angry about? Things are going great right now. Your economy is growing, your president is loved,” in reference to the Obama administration. Then came the abrasive, politically incorrect, outsider named Donald Trump.
“Ironically, it’s funny that Donald Trump would be the first presidential candidate to actually deliver. Hate him or love him, he’s doing the things he said he was going to do,” Noah continued, “In the beginning, everyone was like, ‘He doesn’t mean build a wall, he doesn’t mean ban all Muslims,’ and [Trump]’s like, ‘No, it totally means that.’ So that has given us purpose."
Stick that in your juice box and suck it! Now if only the women on The View could get the memo.
