On Friday a Trump rally had thousands of supporters turned away by Fire Marshal Kevin O'Connor. The reason had more to do with politics than public safety.
The Greater Columbus Convention Center was where the rally was held. It is able to hold up to 3,000 people, but that night they only allowed 1,000 in.
While speaking with reporters before the rally, Trump was unhappy and accused the fire marshal of playing politics.
Guess what? Trump just might be right. O'Connor is a Democrat and so is Mayor of Columbus Andrew Ginther. Ginther just so happen to also be a Democrat.

Trump called this despicable moment "politics at its lowest" and he's definitely got a point.
