This is truly a tragic story. An Iranian teen undergoes 50 surgeries in an attempt to look like Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie.
Nineteen-year-old Sahar Tabar claims she is Jolie's biggest fans and states she is willing to "do anything" in order to look like Jolie. According to a Belgian website Sud Info, these 50 cosmetic surgeries have all taken place in the past few months.
That's not all. She has dropped a ton of weight as part of her plan and is dangerously thin at this point.

This hasn't been officially confirmed however, so it's possible her unique looks are the result of careful make up or even prosthetics.
She also reportedly went on a diet to maintain her 40kg weight, which - provided she is over 4.8ft - would classify her as dangerously underweight.
The native of Tehran has became a viral sensation on Instagram. By pretending she is someone she's not she has gained over 300,000 followers on Instagram. She posts selfies and videos very frequently.

This is extremely sad and hopefully this young lady gets the help she needs soon. She was beautiful to begin with and now has destroyed herself.
