During this speech, Cruz dances around a lot of stances, but one thing is for certain: He absolutely REFUSES to endorse Donald Trump.
He even congratulated Donald Trump for winning the nomination. He blessed the people and this country over and over. But at no point did he endorse Donald Trump. He almost indirectly endorsed Hillary.
