Do you think it is ever justified for a boy to punch a girl? This girl attacks a boy who has obviously been instructed to never punch a girl. She is very lucky that this boy was taught this because many guys in the same position would have laid her out. It's a matter of self defense. If this was your son would tell him to punch her back?

It's long been a rule of society to never hit a girl (or a woman). But this young man is in a very difficult spot. It is almost as if he has no choice but to hit her back. It's a matter of self-defense. He obviously had no goal of fighting her, he is left with little choice. Even then, you still don't want to hit a woman.
