The Silent Partner Marketing Firm is a boutique firm that focuses on helping businesses grow. Recently, they released a video which challenged students who constantly whine and complain. After this video was released, they were flooded with resumes. Before hiring any applicants, they are forced to take a test. A 'snowflake test.'
The CEO of The Silent Partner Marketing, Kyle Reyes, went on Fox Business Network to speak with Stuart Varney. While on there he talked about how he used a "snowflake test" to vet applicants for his company.
“A snowflake is somebody who is going to whine and complain and come to the table with nothing but an entitled attitude and an inability to back their perspective,” Reyes said.
So how is this test working out as part of the vetting process? About 60% of applicants have been eliminated through the process.
“We used it to sort of weed out the people who were inundating us with resumes and didn’t even know what we do for work,” Reyes continued.
The test gets the applicants opinion on many issues ranging from police and guns to how they feel about America in general. Reyes is not at all concerned with getting hit with discrimination lawsuits.
“There’s no discrimination here because what this really is, is a glorified personality test. This is something that happens in interviews every single day,” Reyes said.

Snowflake Test
This video is freaking incredible. Not only is Kyle Reyes attracting loads of attention to his company, but he is attracting the exact type of people he wants to be working for him. The vetting process that the snowflake test provides further enhances the type of people he is hiring. He wants proud Americans who are not entitled. Also, he wants people who are willing to work for what they want. Basically, every company should be looking for applicants like this.
