The national anthem backlash continues in the NFL. Several NFL stadiums are nearly empty as fans continue to show they are fed up with the NFL.

Since Colin Kaepernick fired up the anti-American kneeling during the national anthem, the NFL has been going downhill in terms of TV ratings and attendance of games.

First let's head to Hard Rock Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins. Today the Dolphins are squaring off against the New York Jets.

Next we head to Cleveland. They are taking on the Tennessee Titans and if for some reason that is a game that interests you, you could surely find yourself a seat.

The Carolina Panthers traveled to Chicago to take on the Bears. Normally the Bears sell out every game, but they also have plenty of seats available.

Lucas Oil Stadium is the home of the Indianapolis Colts. Today the Jags were in town and there were "tons" of seats available for this game.

It appears the NFL thought eventually Americans would forget about the anti-American protests their league has moved forward with. These photos prove that this is not the case. There were many empty seats in week 6 and it appears to be only getting worse.

Just a year ago, 60% of Democrats and Republicans saw the NFL favorably. That's changed in a big way.

Per The Week:

Just three weeks ago, about 60 percent of both Democrats and Republicans said they viewed the NFL favorably, a daily tracking poll from Morning Consult found. Then President Trump stepped in.

After the president told NFL owners to fire players who kneeled during the national anthem, more and more players did the opposite of what Trump wanted. Now, Trump voters have flipped their allegiances: More than 60 percent view the NFL unfavorably, up from around 30 percent in September. Meanwhile, analysis from The New York Times shows Hillary Clinton voters’ views remain relatively unchanged.

And Trump still hasn’t given up the debate:

The NFL needs to realize that disrespecting the flag is not something this country will stand for. Now that it is hitting them in the wallet they will certainly realize it. The only issue is it might be too late.
