Senate GOP is INDIGNANT Over Nadler’s Accusation Against Them

If you watched the hearings that went on in the House Judiciary Committee and the House Intelligence Committee, you'll recall how much of a joke they actually were.

The House managers made the assertion that the Senators were the ones who are on trial.

In reality, it's absolutely the other way around. Everything that they do during this trial is going to dramatically impact what happens in the upcoming elections for both the House and the Senate. The Republicans are going to reclaim the majority in the House

During the House managers' time to speak, Rep. Jerry Nadler said something so unbelievable that it literally made the Senate gasp.

Nadler said, “I see a lot of senators voting for a cover-up, voting to deny witnesses, an absolutely indefensible vote, obviously a treacherous vote.”

According to Politico,

Senate Republicans are fuming after Rep. Jerry Nadler accused them on the Senate floor of engaging in a “cover up” to protect the president, seizing on his remarks Wednesday as a significant misstep that they say undercuts Democrats’ impeachment case.

The GOP criticism came as the House impeachment managers, including Nadler, began their opening arguments in the impeachment trial against President Donald Trump on Wednesday, a presentation that could stretch over three days if Democrats use the entire 24 hours allotted to them.

Senator Josh Hawley said that they couldn't believe what they were hearing Rep. Nadler say. “They’ve got a lot of work to do to try to win back over senators. I can tell you that by 2 a.m. last night, people were not happy. There was open gasping on the Senate floor when Nadler was saying these things. If the goal was to persuade, they took a huge step backward last night,” said Hawley.

I am in complete agreement with Sen. Hawley and can't wait for the elections later this year to watch the destruction of the Democrats.
