On Monday Fox News correspondent Catherine Herridge reported that FBI Director Christopher Wray read the explosive FISA memo on Sunday.
Chad Pegram of Fox News tweeted that Director Wray was able to view the four page memo on the abuse of FISA.

This afternoon the House Intelligence Committee is expected to vote on the release of the explosive FISA memo.

As a result Deputy Director McCabe stepped down. It appears that McCabe is the first victim claimed by the FISA memo.
According to a report he has stepped down today. Per NBC News:
WASHINGTON — FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, who has been attacked by President Donald Trump, stepped down Monday, multiple sources familiar with the matter told NBC News.
McCabe will remain on the FBI payroll until he is eligible to retire with full benefits in mid-March, the sources said.
One source said McCabe was exercising his retirement eligibility and characterized his decision as "stepping aside."
