This is something that was expected by many. The killers were watching ISIS and terrorist videos online. Additional to that they had ties to terrorists. Also Tashfeen pledged allegiance to ISIS. They tried to hide this by smashing cell phones and computers, but the FBI was able to uncover it.
This is not "workplace violence" as the Obama administration has been pointing to and seems to be another ISIS attack.
