Mexico still says they aren't paying for the wall. Trump says they are. President Trump gets tough with Mexico and tells them not to come to the meeting.
“This morning we informed the White House that I will not attend the work meeting planned for next Tuesday with the POTUS,” Pena Nieto said on Twitter, talking about Trump.
“Mexico reiterates its willingness to work with the United States to reach accords that favor both nations.”

The Peso Falls
After Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto confirmed he is not coming, the value of the peso has tumbled. Per The Business Insider:
The peso is tumbling after Mexico’s president, Enrique Peña Nieto, says he won’t meet with US president Donald Trump.
The peso is down by 1.2% at 21.3175 per dollar as of 11:57 a.m. ET.
The currency was up as much as 0.8% at 20.9358 per dollar around 8:50 a.m. ET.
President Trump Gets Tough with Mexico
Soon, Mexico will be in a spot where they have little choice but to cooperate when it comes to building the wall. The well-being of their country is contingent upon having a smooth relationship with the United States.
