Pelosi: 'What's the Point in Enforcing Immigration Laws?' Keely Compson June 25, 2019 News Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is off her rocker...again. On Monday, Pelosi asked what the point was in enforcing immigration laws in the United States of America. Really? What is the point of her being a politician for our country if she couldn't care less about us? While speaking in New York, she bashed President Trump for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids that were scheduled to happen over the weekend. "When I saw that the president was going to have these raids, I mean it was so appalling," Pelosi continued, "It's outside the circle of civilized human behavior to just be kicking down doors, splitting up families, and the rest of that, in addition to the injustices that are happening at the border. We have legislation to go forward to address those needs, but in terms of interior enforcement, what's the – what's the point?" https://twitter.com/ArthurSchwartz/status/1143181134672650245 Then, get this, she said that illegal immigrants breaking the federal immigration law "is not a reason for deportation." Seriously? They are breaking the law by even stepping foot into our country illegally. Deportation is EXACTLY what should happen, and immediately. Nancy Pelosi: “a violation of status is not a reason for deportation.” pic.twitter.com/xmwkq0Y45I — Steve Guest (@SteveGuest) June 24, 2019 "I said 'a violation of status is not a reason for deportation,' that’s just not so," Pelosi added, "If you have some case you want to make about somebody who’s been accused … that has nothing to do with violation of status because then we’re talking about over 10 million people who may be subjected to this treatment, and what we need there is comprehensive immigration reform with a path to citizenship." I don't know who is worse: Pelosi, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, or Bernie Sanders. Their craziness has put Elizabeth Warren and Maxine Waters on the back burner.
