The case was filed on behalf of Patricia Smith and also Charles Woods, parents of the Benghazi victims, Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods. They claim that Clinton's reckless handling of cla,ssified information costed them their lives in the Benghazi tragedy. They claim her negligence directly resulted in the deaths of their children.
