The Obama administration did not act on the Russian hacking. The reason Obama ignored Russian hacking was because he was certain Hillary would win. Sources told this to NBC News.
“They thought she was going to win, so they were willing to kick the can down the road,” the source told NBC.
Trump and his supporters are certain that the only reasons this is being investigated is because they want to throw shade at Trump's victory. That stance certainly makes sense. Additionally, they are only complaining about the Russian hacking because Hillary lost.
