As you know, Hillary has been dealing with an email scandal for quite a while, related to her private email servers she maintained.

Well, the heat is turning up. The conservative group, Judicial Watch, is pursuing a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, which is related to her private email servers. Former Clinton aide, Bryan Pagliano, her IT person who set up the private email servers, is scheduled to give his deposition on Monday.

bryan pagliano pleads the fifth

Per Pagliano's Lawyer (From Politico):

"Mr. Pagliano will invoke his right under the Fifth Amendment and decline to testify at the deposition," Pagliano's lawyers Mark MacDougall and Connor Mullin wrote. "Given the constitutional implications, the absence of any proper purpose for video recording the deposition, and the considerable risk of abuse, the Court should preclude Judicial Watch, Inc. ... from creating an audiovisual recording of Mr. Pagliano’s deposition."

This is not the first time Pagliano has taken the fifth. He did the same when appearing at a closed session for the House Benghazi Committee. Hillary took a stance where she claims she wants everyone to provide any information they can for the case. Eventually Pagliano did speak in a different setting with the FBI. People in the Clinton camp claim that they were satisfied when Pagliano finally did speak with the FBI.
