On Tuesday President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump visited Pittsburgh in the wake of the horrific shooting at a Synagogue that left 11 dead.
The President and First Lady went to the Tree of Life Synagogue to offer their respects at the memorial that was erected to honor the deceased. They placed stones and flowers at the memorial to show respect.
There were demonstrators present when this happened. From a distance there were protesters chanting “President Hate, leave our state!” and “Trump, renounce white nationalism now!”
Plenty of media outlets covered the protests.
There was another moment that not many of the media outlets covered. Sheryl Mascio, a Pittsburgh resident, captured an intimate moment where President Trump was visiting the survivors of the shooting at a nearby hospital. The video was posted on Twitter and went viral quickly.
In the video Donald and Melania Trump were shown showing appreciation to the doctors and nurses in the hospital who were tending to the victims.
It's great to see the appreciation shown for President Trump. The moment where the man professed his love for Ivanka was great. Even her husband Jared had to give the bold man a thumbs up.
It is very nice to see a positive moment for the people in Pittsburgh who are going through so much.
