President Trump recently met with President Xi of China. In response, North Korea's ambassador to Russia, Pyongnang, said they are ready to deliver the "most ruthless blow" if necessary.

Recently President Trump spoke of beefing up defenses against Pyongyang. He even took it a step further and pledged allegiance to Shinzo Abe the Prime Minister of Japan. He said the United States would, “continue to strengthen its ability to deter and defend itself and its allies with the full range of its military capabilities.”

Per news.com.au:

“Our army has already said that if there will be even the smallest provocation from the United States during exercises, we are ready to deliver the most ruthless blow,” Interfax news agency quoted ambassador Kim Hyong-Jun as saying.

“We have the readiness and ability to counter any challenge from the US,” he was quoted as saying.

The United States military let it be known on Tuesday that the nuclear weaponry of North Korea is no real threat. That said, North Korea is determined to develop nuclear weaponry that can reach the U.S. mainland. Pyongyang has conducted five nuclear tests thus far.
