Country rocker Kid Rock was replaced as grand marshal in a Nashville Christmas parade after he appeared on "Fox & Friends" Friday and called Joy Behar a "b*tch."

Bryan Lewis, the attorney of Kid Rock's business partner, told Variety that the rocker will still be in attendance. This is despite James Shaw Jr. being appointed as his replacement.

“My best analogy is it’ll be a standoff at high noon,” Lewis said.

While appearing on "Fox & Friends" Friday suggested that people should "love everybody." Well, everybody except one person.

"God forbid you say something a little bit wrong — you’re racist, homophobic, Islamophobic. ... People need to calm down, get a little less politically correct, and, I would say love everybody," Kid Rock said.

“Except I’d say screw that Joy Behar bitch, everybody but that," Kid Rock added.

Eventually he apologized. Well, he apologized for his language, but not the sentiment.

After he made the comments he faced much scrutiny. Democratic Nashville Mayor David Briley said he would skip the parade if Kid Rock was not removed as grand marshal.

Behar responded by saying, “This bitch, and these bitches, would be happy to have you on the show and have a beer.”

Later on Kid Rock claimed he was joking and said maybe they'll "go on to hash it out."
