NBA megastar LeBron James has recently decided to side with the gun control crowd and has also backed the "March For Our Lives."

Is it really surprise? The NBA has turned into a contest of who can push the furthest left. After the fiasco between Steve Kerr and his Golden State Warriors with President Trump, the NBA has left little doubt about where they stand in the political spectrum: extremely far to the left.

Now LeBron has taken to Twitter to salute the "March For Our Lives."

LeBron James opened up after the Parkland shooting. James said, “We've seen these schools and these tragedies happen in America, and there's been no change to gun control. To the families in Parkland, down in Broward County, it's sad and I'm sorry and it's just a tragedy and I hope we don't continue to see this because it's too many in the last 10 years with guns.”

He also addressed gun control back in 2015 after a 5-month-old was shot to death in Cleveland. James said, "Obviously you're not going to be able to take every gun out, I don't know how you can do that. There's so many around now, today. But if there's some stipulations behind it or some penalties, some big time penalties or rules or regulations about carrying firearms, legal or illegal, people will second-guess themselves."

That's all good and dandy, but remember LeBron has a penchant for shooting. Here he is at Lock & Load Miami gun range firing an H&K MP5:

And here is LeBron again, this time he's firing a M249 SAW belt-fed machine gun:

LeBron is not nearly as anti-gun as he'd like for you to believe. Only when it's convenient for him to hold that stance.
