Behn had been battling alcoholism for years, according to TMZ.

Behn said during an interview with a Norwegian radio station that Spacey, known for his many film roles and for playing the Machiavellian politician Frank Underwood in TV’s “House of Cards,” had assaulted him at a concert in 2007.
