America's most hated red headed comedian (if you can even call her that) is still crying about being blacklisted back in 2017. Kathy Griffith made her bed with a tasteless photo of herself holding the severed head of President Donald Trump, and now she lays in it.

While speaking to The Associated Press, she presses that she did not do anything wrong and that she does not intent to ever apologize for the photo either.

"You can be as offended by that photo all you want, that doesn't bother me at all,” Griffin said Monday, “But I want people to know I didn't break the law. If you take a photo like that, you didn't break the law. '

"I didn't violate the First Amendment in any way. If you take a photo like that, you didn't violate the First Amendment in any way," she added.

She's right. She didn't break the law. However, just because she did not do anything illegal does not mean that she was not disgusting and disrespectful. You are free to do what you want, but you are not free of the consequences of said actions. Griffith has learned this lesson the hard way.

She continued on about how she has had a hard time finding work, "I kept saying, 'I think this is an important, historic story. The President and the Department of Justice shouldn't make you unemployable and uninsurable."

She added, "I'm still on the D-list."

All I can say is, it sucks to suck.
