As the process continues with this coup that Democrats are calling an impeachment inquiry, the other presidential candidates are out campaigning and trying to raise support by speaking on the issues that they think everyone agrees with but don't.
Something that Kamala Harris recently said was very troubling, especially in light of the impeachment inquiry. Harris threatened to steal the patents from pharmaceutical companies fail to comply with her demands and lower drug prices. This is far worse than anything they've accusing President Trump of doing.
Ryan Saavedra of The Daily Wire tweeted the video of Harris,

Here is what she said at the rally:
My plan, as a candidate for president, on these drug prices is as follows: We are going to set drug prices (…) at fair market. Essentially what we’re going to do is set a price for drugs that’s the average price being charged around the globe. And there’s a huge difference, insulin being an example.
The other thing is this: if people don’t want to cooperate with that, I’m also going to do the next thing, which is this: A lot of drugs, prescription medicate, was born out of the federal funding for the research and development of that drug. Your taxpayer dollars.

This is only the latest in Harris' threats toward the healthcare industry. Harris, along with a number of others running for president, has admitted that she wants to get rid of private insurance companies entirely and have the government take full control over your health. They obviously know what's best for you better than you do, right?
