Judge Andrew Napolitano is the Fox News senior judicial analyst. While on FOX Business Network Monday he discussed the allegations that Senator Rand Paul along with other senators were under surveillance by the Obama administration. That's not all Judge Napolitano had to say. Judge Napolitano said Justice Scalia believed Supreme Court was under surveillance by Obama!
Judge Napolitano: Justice Scalia told me that he often thought the court was being surveilled. And he told me that probably four or five years ago…If they had to unmask Senator Paul’s name to reveal a conversation he was having with a foreign agent and the foreign agent was hostile to the United States they can do that. That’s not what he’s talking about. They’re talking about unmasking him when he’s having a conversation with his campaign manager when he’s running in the Republican primary.
Judge Napolitano took things a step further and said Obama could be subpoenaed to testify if he was able to view the unmasked intelligence.
Justice Scalia Believed Obama Had Senators Under Surveillance
It continues to look worse and worse after his presidency ends. There is no question that Obama participated in some shady tactics during his presidency, but this will be worse than anything he has accused of before.
