On Sunday morning, Joy Villa was an obscure musician known for wearing interesting outfits. Fast forward to Monday morning and she has the #1 album in the land. Joy Villa's album sales increase 54,350,100%.

So how did she blow up so quickly? Did she have a memorable performance that led everyone to immediately purchase her album? Nope, she wore a dress. That's all. No more, no less.

She simply wore a red, white and blue full length dress that read "MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN" from top to bottom. On the bottom, back of the dress it says Trump. The dress was designed by Filipino born designer Andre Soriano. Soriano labeled the dress as “a tribute to OUR President of the United States."

Joy took to Instagram to reach out to her followers.

“Sometimes you just gotta be free to express yourself,” she wrote. “Thank you to all of my supporters and fellow believers. Life is about living free and loving it. Be your beautiful selves tonight!”

“Go big, or go home. You can either stand for what you believe or fall for what you don't. Above all make a choice for tolerance and love. Agree to disagree. See the person over the politics, carry yourself with dignity, always. Life is made to be lived, so go boldly and give no effs.”
