Politico reported on November 6th that John McCain received treatment at Walter Reed Medical Center for an achilles injury. Two weeks later John McCain switches feet for his walking boot.
Per the Senator's office statement:
“Senator McCain was treated at Walter Reed Medical Center over the weekend for a minor tear in his right Achilles tendon, as well as for other normal and non-life-threatening side effects of cancer therapy. Senator McCain has returned to work in the Senate and will be wearing a walking boot until his injured tendon is fully healed.”
McCain even took it far enough to tweet about his displeasure with the walking boot. “I can’t tell you how much I hate wearing this boot!,” McCain tweeted.

Wednesday John McCain took some time out to tweet another photo featuring his walking boot. Something was a little different in this photo.

The ZeroPointNow Twitter account was keen enough to notice what was different. He is wearing the walking boot on the opposite foot.
Looks like @SenJohnMcCain forgot which Achilles tendon tore two weeks after he walked out in a boot on Nov 6th. pic.twitter.com/z5si5J40Bq

Many other Twitter users noticed the difference.

How could Senator John McCain have any explanation for this? He's so out of it he doesn't even remember which foot to put the boot on. Even worse, this guy is an elected official.
