Hillary won the popular vote by 2.8 million votes, which is sending liberals into a frenzy. Well, Hillary Clinton's popular vote victory came entirely from California. Doesn't that bring some legitimacy back to the Electoral College. Should the state of California be able to swing the entire country and change who the president is?

The Livid Left

Hillary Clinton's Popular Vote Victory Came Entirely from California

In the state of California, Hillary received 4.3 million more votes than Trump. This was also the only state where she received a greater percentage of the votes than Obama did in 2012. She received 61.5% compared to Obama's 60%.

By every other measure (beside California), Trump was the clear winner. He won 30 states to 20 for Hillary. Across the rest of the country, Trump had 1.4 million more votes. The Electoral College made sure the right person is president, not just the right person for California.
