While with the State Department, Hillary and her aides passed on ethics training. There is no evidence showing that they took the required training. The training is required by federal law.

The records show that only 3 of Hillary's 9 aides took the required training. Clinton plus seven of her top aides did not take the additional required annual learning. Some of these aides include Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin and Jake Sullivan. These three hold very high positions at the top of the Clinton campaign team so they should definitely know this was mandatory.
This information was obtained by the Republican National Committee while doing an investigation.
The Trump campaign was all over this information quickly, as they should be.
“Hillary Clinton and her aides reportedly skipped their ethics training. That would make sense, since Hillary was planning a criminal enterprise trading government favors for cash,” said Stephen Miller, Trump's policy director.
