On Tuesday President Trump was in California to see the prototypes for the border wall. Jerry Brown, the Governor of California, criticized the wall and then Trump's response wrecked him.

Per Daily Caller:

President Trump was in California Tuesday to see prototypes of the border wall.  There are many bids with unique designs to build the wall along America’s 2,000 mile border with Mexico. While touring the walls, Trump was asked about recent criticism of the cost of the wall by California’s Democrat governor Jerry Brown.

In his response, Trump tore into Brown and his management of the state of California. Trump said Brown has done “a very poor job running California” and noted that the state has very high taxes. “The taxes are way, way out of whack,” Trump said, saying “people are going to start to move pretty soon.” Trump criticized California’s Sanctuary cities for harboring “criminals” and “very dangerous people.”

Trump ended his anti-California comments ny saying Gov. Brown “has not done the job. The taxes are double and triple what they should be. Everybody that lives in California they know it.”

California has one of the highest tax burdens in the country.
