On Friday, Rudolph Giuliani appeared on Fox & Friends on Fox News. According to Giuliani, Obama is creating problems for President-elect Trump. He is doing this with the sanctions against Russia and his refusal to veto the anti-Israel U.N. resolution.

So now that Russia has not retaliated, it seems that they even realize what Obama's goal is.
