Every week, the mainstream media has a different issue they take with Trump. When it comes to this one, Donald Trump takes care of business.

Donald Trump just announced that he will "leave his business in total."

Trump will give up his business to focus on the job of President-elect. He has yet to provide additional details as to what is going to happen to the Trump Organization. It is expected the business will be passed along to his children. This will also likely be criticized.

Trump has drawn criticism for continuing to maintain his businesses even while running for president. Lawyers have threatened that if he does not get this squared away it is a breach of the constitution.

Trump has insisted that he is giving up his business because it is "visually important" not because he was forced to.

He has promised a press conference in mid-December to explain the process that will be used for him to leave his business.

Many officials had warned Trump of a conflict of interest, prompting this message.

The former ethics lawyer for President Obama and President George W. Bush asked the electoral college not to appoint Trump president due to conflicts of interest.

Forbes estimates Trump's net worth at $3.7 billion. This includes Trump Tower in Manhattan and the Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach, FL.

What do you think about Trump leaving his billion dollar business behind? Was this something he absolutely must do or did he do it on his own free will as he suggested? While he will never make the mainstream media happy, he is doing what he needs to do.
