Many Americans are fed up with Hillary Clinton's ability to get away with anything. Now Congress is also. Director Comey gets direct order from Congress.

When the
FBI refused to recommend charges be brought against Clinton for her mishandling of classified information while head of the State Department, congressional Republicans knew it was up to them to hold her accountable.
In doing so, the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee and the Judiciary Committee have subpoenaed officials, including FBI Director James Comey, to testify about the email scandal.
“We will be holding hearings,” Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz, the chairman of the committee, told conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt on Tuesday.
Comey was slated to appear in front of the House Judiciary Committee next week, while Patrick Kennedy, the State Department career official who oversees day-to-day operations at the agency, will testify in front of the Oversight Committee this week, Chaffetz explained.
The Utah representative expressed the widespread disapproval of how the State Department “essentially lied to the media, the world, and the public” about Clinton’s emails.
“Thursday, a hearing with the undersecretary for management, Mr. Kennedy, who will come and testify along with a host of others about how did they snooker the American public for years in filling these FOIA requests and the media, and what are they going to do to clean it up,” the Utah representative said.
House Republicans will be inquiring Comey, Kennedy and others about whether Clinton, her aides, and a company Clinton hired to handle her email system, violated a subpoena by deleting her emails.
“We want to know from the State Department how they misled the American public for so long,” Chaffetz continued.
Comey previously indicated that Clinton’s actions while secretary of state put our national security at risk, and hopefully, he will continue to give Congress reasons to call her actions in question.
These hearings couldn’t be happening at a better time for Republicans who are tired of the Clintonian corruption that has taken over Washington, D.C.
With the presidential election looming in the not-so-distant future, the constant, necessary hearings about Clinton’s scandals can’t be good for her campaign and further prove that she is unfit to lead the country.
