On Wednesday night in Columbus, Stormy Daniels (aka Stephanie Clifford), was arrested while performing at a strip club.
Daniels' lawyer Michael Avenatti claims that the arrest was all part of a politically-charged setup. According to official court records which are posted online, Daniels was charged with three counts of "Illegally Operating Sexually Oriented Business - Employee Knowingly Touch Any Patron."
As more and more details emerge, the crazier the story gets. An arrest report claims that Daniels was "using her bare breasts to smack patrons." Also she was witnessed fondling the breasts of female patrons, according to 10TV News.
Per Daily Wire:
Daniels reportedly "held the face of the female officer between her breasts." She also did this to a male officer. Further, Daniels allegedly "fondled the buttocks and breasts of another officer" during the performance.
Daniels was arrested and is set to be arraigned on Friday at Franklin Municipal Court.

"I have reason to believe it was politically motivated. There's no question these officers were undercover at that strip club. They knew my client would be performing there and I find this to be a complete waste of resources," Avenatti told10TV's Angela An during a phone interview on Thursday morning.
Daniels was reportedly in violation of Ohio's Community Defense Act. "The law restricts the hours that sexually oriented businesses can operate. It also states that a patron cannot touch a nude or semi-nude dancer in a club anywhere on the premises or in the parking lot," notes 10TV.
"I'm aware of the law," said Avenatti. "I think it's a ridiculous use of resources."
Daniels issued a statement via Avenatti, apologizing to her fans for being unable to perform.

Daniels was released on $6,000 bond on Thursday morning. Her lawyer, who no one knows who is funding by the way, will continue to play the victim card on her behalf.
