Democrat Illinois State Rep. Diane Pappas has a sick solution that will prevent abortions. She believes that men should be castrated and charged a fee to store their sperm.

During a meeting with the pro-life critics of the Reproductive Health Act, Pappas made some insane statements. These statements were recounted by one of the critics of the Reproductive Health Act and posted on the Wayne Township Republican website.

Oh and to make matters even worse, she believes that these poor guys should be taxed for the storage of their sperm.

Here is what she said, per the Wayne Township Republicans website:

Her office became a silent, we had to focus and quickly make our case. Her eyes connected with mine and she said, "You know ladies, with technology the way it is, we wouldn't have an abortion problem if we applied a plan. Now, I've been told it's a bit radical, but if we allowed men to be castrated, took the sperm to the bank, collected tax dollars on it for storage, then when it's time, to have the man decide he's ready to begin a family.... well then problem is solved!"

You know what makes this even crazier? This isn't the first time she has brought up this insane idea.

Babette Holder, the Frederick Douglass Foundation president and speaker for the National Black Pro-Life Coalition, is calling for Pappas to face some formal discipline.

“She needs to be censored,” Holder said while speaking to the DuPage Policy Journal. “What she said is every bit as bad as what Rep. [Stephanie] Kifowit talked about when she spoke of brewing up a Legionnaires’ potion for then Rep. Peter Breen. There needs to be accountability when you make these kinds of statements and you’re supposed to be a public servant.”

Just when you think the left can't get any further left or any crazier, this woman goes completely insane. How did the people in the room even keep a straight face? Can you imagine being a mean in her presence when she came up with this completely insane idea?
