Jen Rubin of the Washington Post is allegedly a conservative. Meanwhile she leads the "orange man bad" brigade for WaPo. If you listen to her, everything in this world, including the pandemic, is President Trump's fault.
Rep. Dan Crenshaw took to Twitter to lay the smack down on this Washington Post hack. He filled her in on a few laws she may have missed.
On March 3rd, the day after you claim Trump should have shut our economy down, this is how the WHO downplayed the virus:
“COVID-19 spreads less efficiently than flu, transmission does not appear to be driven by people who are not sick”https://t.co/BNWzEViKJn

Would the America public really have accepted millions of jobs destroyed for a virus that had infected just 102 people by March 2? Especially considering Italy would not lock down until March 10th, Spain on March 14th, and the UK on March 23?
A bit of context is in order here.

Additionally, you falsely state that social distancing should have been a “last resort.” But this has no basis in fact. Experts have long said flattening the curve via social distancing is the only way to prevent the initial case spike that would overwhelm hospitals.

When it’s all said and done, this bad-faith analysis isn’t fact-based and lacks important context. Hating Trump is not an excuse for lazy argumentation and emotional reasoning.
Now, more than ever, we need critical thinking and productive deliberation.

Now THAT was awesome. The media is making any claim they can in order to heap blame on President Trump. Rep. Dan Crenshaw made sure blame was placed in the proper place with this series of tweets.
Another idea would be to try to work toward solving this issue instead of slinging blame, but that's another whole topic.

Convicted Prisoners Released During Pandemic Then the UNIMAGINABLE Happens
Over the last couple of months, hundreds (at least) of prisoners have been released form prison as an act of precaution to those who may be more at risk to catching the coronavirus during this pandemic.
Why they're so concerned makes no sense to me. The whole idea is ridiculous. If they're in jail cells away from people and away from the public where 99.9999999% of the virus is, why would you turn them lose and expose them to it?
Michigan Sheriffs DEFY Governor Whitmer's Lockdown Orders, Vow to Protect Civil Liberties
Earlier this week, Michiganians were united in protest against the tyrant Governor Gretchen Whitmer as they assembled outside the capitol building.
Thousands gathered for this "drive-by" protest not as an act of defiance of her stay at home orders, but in protest of how far she's taken her orders. Some of them literally make no sense.
Trump: 'Coronavirus has Peaked, States will Start Reopening by May 1'
On Wednesday, President Trump said that the United States has passed the coronavirus pandemic peak. He added that some states would reopen before the May 1st guideline.
“While we must remain vigilant, it is clear that our strategy is working, and very strongly working. New cases are declining throughout the New York metropolitan area. Cases in Detroit and metro Denver areas are flat. Washington, DC, Baltimore, St. Louis is showing progress. New cases in New Orleans are declining. The data suggests that nationwide we have passed the peak on new cases,” Trump said during the daily Coronavirus Task Force briefing.
Small Business Loan Program Runs Dry Amid Coronavirus Crisis
Sadly enough, the initial $349 billion pool for emergency loans for small businesses has been rocked by the COVID-19 crisis, and ran out of money.
The Treasury Department and Small Business Administration (SBA) ran through every bit of the allotted funding for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), which offers forgivable loans to small businesses. The loan allows those businesses to keep their employees on payroll without going under.
