Why was killing white people OK in his mind? Recent police shootings that have went viral on the Internet.

They formulated a master plan to shoot these white police officers. Chief Brown determined this after investigations.

“We believe that these suspects were positioning themselves in a way to triangulate on these officers from two different perches in garages in the downtown area, and planned to injure and kill as many law enforcement officers as they could,” he stated at a news conference following the shooting.

Brown also states that the suspect earlier that “the end is coming” and also said that there were bombs all over downtown and in the garage. This was when the officers decided a remote-controlled detonation was the best way to end this.

How about when the gunfire started raining down, all of the protesters ran to the police for help. Hypocrisy at its finest.
