Joe Biden is definitely a touchy feely kinda guy. Creepy Uncle Joe can't keep his hands off the women, whether they like it or not. He loves to rub the woman's shoulders and whisper to her, whether she likes it or not.
It's gotten so far out of hand that New York Magazine once ran a story, "9 Times Joe Biden Creepily Whispered in Women's Ears."
He has taken a break from these actions, but not to worry. Joe is back. This time he's all over Hillary. Come on Creepy Uncle Joe!

For the first time of the 2016 campaign, Joe Biden has joined Hillary. They campaigned in Biden's hometown, Scranton, PA. Joe seems to have reclaimed his creepy form.
Before heading to the rally, Hillary and Joe met on the tarmac. Right by the campaign limo Joe began to put the moves on. He was touching her waist or touching it for an astounding 18 seconds. The video doesn't lie.
Don't forget the moment below. Ash Carter was knewly sworn in and accompanied by his wife. Joe took the opportunity to get fresh with his wife.
