President Trump has dealt with a lot since being elected in November 2016: Obama spying, Russia collusion witch hunt, the MSM and more. Comparing Trump and Obama's approval ratings, the result might surprise you after you consider all these things.

Despite all that he has been forced to deal with, according to the Rasmussen Reports poll, President Trump has a 48% approval rating.

According to the daily Presidential Tracking Poll by The Rasmussen Reports, 48% of likely United States voters approve of the job President Trump is doing. 51% of the people disapprove.

To go a bit deeper, 34% of the people strongly approve of the job Trump is doing and 42% strongly disapprove. This makes his President Approval Index Rating -8.

When you look at the approval rating, President Trump is higher than Champion of the Left, Obama's was back in 2010 on the same day.

On February 7, 2010 the approval rating of President Obama was 44% approval, while 56% of people disapproved of Obama's work.

Despite having the media in his corner, Obama had a lower approval rating than President Trump. Let's not lose track of the fact that Trump has had an incredible first year as president and has won over many people.
