During James Comey's testimony it was mentioned that Comey took notes of every meeting with Trump, but failed to record Hillary's 3 hour interrogation.
During his prepared opening statement (which was released on Wednesday) James Comey admitted that didn't take notes on his conversations with Obama like he did with Trump. Every single time he met with Trump, before and after his inauguration, Comey took notes. Comey only spoke with Obama two times.
Remember when the DNC computers were "hacked"? Even after this happened Comey didn't talk to President Obama about it. Seemed like that was a time where they probably should have spoken.
Remember when Hillary Clinton engaged in criminal activity with her private email server? James Comey decided that wasn't worth recording. Even worse, James Comey did not even attend this meeting. He skipped it! Hillary Clinton was not even sworn in during her testimony.

Hillary Clinton did not swear an oath to tell the truth before meeting with the FBI for three and a half hours last weekend, and the interview was not recorded, FBI Director James Comey told House lawmakers on Thursday.
The lack of a sworn oath does not remove the possibility of criminal penalties against Clinton if she lied to the FBI, though he said he had “no basis to conclude” that she was untruthful.
“Still a crime to lie to us,” Comey told the House Oversight Committee.
FBI policy is not to record interviews as part of its investigations.
Yet the revelations will nonetheless raise questions among Republicans, who have been skeptical of the FBI’s investigation and have demanded to see the transcript of the former secretary of State’s interview in downtown Washington on Saturday.
It is very clear that the Democratic Party received very preferential treatment from fired FBI Director James Comey.
