Once again CNN changes what the Islamic terrorist said just before he made the attacks. CNN claims he shouted "God is great" instead of what he actually said: "Allahu Akbar."
Sayfullo Saipov, 29, is the name of the terrorist who yelled "Allahu Akbar" - "God is greater" when he got out of his truck after he had just ran over multiple pedestrians, according to the New York Post.
While on CNN's The Situation Room, host Wolf Blitzer decided to distort what Saipov actually said. On the banner it claims he said "God is great" in Arabic.

Sadly, CNN wasn't the only news site to report this. The New York Times also reported that Saipov shouted "God is Great and not "Allahu Akbar."
This is not a new idea. Back in April the Associated Press did the same thing when they claimed an Islamic terrorist yelled "God is great."
Per the AP:
“Dyer has said Muhammad shouted 'God is great!' in Arabic while being arrested and had posted on social media that he dislikes white people. All three victims in Tuesday's killings were white men, and Muhammad is black."
Facebook refused to acknowledge it as a terrorist attack. Instead they labeled it "The Violence Incident in Manhattan, New York," for their "Crisis Response" platform.
