Teen climate activist and leftist puppet Greta Thunberg has now issued a call for violence claiming that world leaders should be “put against the wall.”
Thunberg said, “Unfortunately, we probably already know the outcome. World leaders are still trying to run away from their responsibilities but we have to make sure they cannot do that. We will make sure that we put them against the wall and they will have to do their job to protect our futures.”
The phrase “against the wall” is a phrase that denotes executions. Specifically, a firing squad style execution that occurs when the new government regime kills the old.
Greta said that it was a Swedish phrase that simply means “to put someone in a tight spot.”
Here's what she said on Twitter,
"Yesterday I said we must hold our leaders accountable and unfortunately said “put them against the wall”. That’s Swenglish: “att ställa någon mot väggen” (to put someone against the wall) means to hold someone accountable. That’s what happens when you improvise speeches in a second language.
But of course I apologise if anyone misunderstood this. I can not enough express the fact that I - as well as the entire school strike movement- are against any possible form of violence. It goes without saying but I say it anyway."
According to Breitbart,
“That’s what happens when you improvise speeches in a second language. But of course, I apologize if anyone misunderstood this,” Thunberg wrote on Twitter.
“We have to make sure that they cannot do that,” she said. “We will make sure they, that we put them against the wall, and that they will have to do their job and to protect our futures.”
Greta claims she and her youth movement are against violence.
Personally, I think Greta is backtracking and wholeheartedly meant it. With some politicians now claiming it should be a crime to disagree about global climate change, Greta’s charge doesn’t really surprise me.
But, to put your mind at ease let’s put something in perspective, Greta isn’t as popular as you think. For a worldwide celebrity, she has 3.6 million twitter followers, Green Bay Packers Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has 4.4 million, Tom Cruise has 6.7 million, and Khloe Kardashian has 27 million.
Greta's 15 minutes of fame are almost up. Soon she'll be as relevant as
