There are a number of cities around the country that I believe have fallen so badly that I don't think that there is any coming back from the calamity.
New York City will likely never be the same as it once was. Minneapolis will likely never be rebuilt, it's so badly destroyed.
One more city that I think is finished is Chicago.
The city is now under the control of criminals, not any mayor or police officers. If they want to loot, they're going to loot. If they want to damage property, they're going to damage property. If they want to shoot someone, they're going to shoot someone. And worst of all is that they're going to get away with it, because nobody is going to try and stop them.
And one of the biggest reasons that they're getting away with it is because the State Attorney Kim Foxx dropping thousands upon thousands of felony charges.
Well, business owners in Chicago are tired of the violence, vandalism, and the lack of safety. They're not going to stand for it anymore and they are issuing an ultimatum to the city. If they don't stop the looting, they're leaving.
Chicago businesses and property management companies are warning the city’s mayor, Lori Lightfoot, that if Chicago does not take greater measures to curb crime and civil unrest, they may be forced to leave.
Rioters and looters caused an estimated $60 million in damages Sunday night after a social media post went viral accusing the Chicago Police Department of shooting an unarmed 15-year-old boy in Englewood, a mostly black neighborhood on the city’s south side. The post instructed would be “protesters” to grab tools and prepare to loot downtown businesses.
The post turned out to be wildly inaccurate; Chicago police say they were involved in a shootout with a 20-year-old armed male who threatened neighbors and is now being held without bond on attempted murder charges.
We're already seeing people leave California and New York in droves and I think we'll see the same with Chicago as well. The glory days are gone.

While Disney executives did not originally want bisexual or gay characters on the channel (as they shouldn't) they later changed their minds, according to show creator Dana Terrace.
Arizona School District Cancels Monday Reopening After Teachers Plan 'Sickout'
An Arizona school district had their reopening plans for Monday cancelled after more than 100 teachers called in sick.
“We received an overwhelming response from staff indicating that they do not feel safe returning to classrooms with students,” J.O. Combs Unified School District superintendent Gregory A. Wyman said in a statement. “In response, we have received a high volume of staff absences for Monday citing health and safety concerns. Due to these insufficient staffing levels, schools will not be able to re-open on Monday as planned.”
