Special Counsel Ken Starr and law professor John Yoo joined Laura Ingraham on Thursday night to discuss the comments made by Attorney General Bill Barr regarding the Trump campaign being spied on during the 2016 campaign.

While they were discussing they played two different video clips of former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. During the 2018 clip, Clapper was on "The View" and he said the Obama administration was "absolutely not" spying on the Trump campaign during the 2016 election.

In a more recent clip that happened after Bill Barr said the Trump campaign was spied on, Clapper seems to have had a change of heart with where he stands. This week on CNN, Clapper said, “I can’t speak specifically Alisyn to what the FBI did.”

A lot of moving parts here. It appears that even John Clapper is coming to terms with the Trump campaign being spied on.

James Clapper With a Change of Heart

Does he know that he was lying and now he knows he's caught? It sure seems like it.
