The Reuters news agency handles many different election polls. They were exposed for two shady tricks that were geared toward improving the results for Hillary Clinton.
The first thing it did was got rid of the "neither" option. Since the poll was more Democrat than Republican, this favors Hillary as many Democrats go third party. The second thing was that there were more Democrats than Republicans in the poll. 899 Dems vs 753 Republicans.
“This comes as close as I have ever seen to cooking the results,” longtime pollster Pat Caddell said. “I suppose you can get away with it in polling because there are no laws. But, if this was accounting, they would put them in jail.”

So this is how Hillary took the lead? Before they took away the neither option Trump was still leading in the polls. After taking it away and polling more liberals, Hillary gained the lead. Seems rigged to me.
