These are not just small houses, either. Recently he purchased a $600,000 vacation home on the beach on the Lake Champlain Islands. He also owns homes in Burlington, Vermont and Washington DC. Socialist crackpot Bernie Sanders is living pretty high on the hog. So needless to say, it was pretty disgusting when he tweeted out this gem on Thursday night.

It was reported that Bernie Sanders' wife wrecked a college in Vermont. How did she do that? How else, excessive spending. She still received a $200,000 severance package when she left the university. Here is what she had to say about the vacation home.

For some reason people find it surprising to see the Socialist living such a lavish lifestyle. It shouldn't come at a surprise at all. In Cuba, the Castros are worth upwards of a billion dollars. People were starving in the Soviet Union while Stalin had more money than he knew what to do with. The list goes on and on when it comes to Socialists who don't carry their end of the bargain.
Socialist is fine if you are at the bottom and are not willing to do any kind of work. Also, if you are at the top in a Socialist government that allows you to pretty much indulge as much as you'd like. It's those hard working people in the middle who stand to gain nothing from a Socialist government.
