Rep. Ilhan Omar Warns President Trump: ‘Tread Lightly, Mr. President’ About ‘New Allegations’

Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar warned President Trump that he needs to “tread lightly” after new allegations against him have surfaced. Trump’s former lawyer, Michael Cohen, claims that Trump had him lie to Congress.

President Trump posted a tweet quoting Fox News White House Correspondent Kevin Corke that put Cohen’s credibility into question as a witness due to him being convicted for perjury and fraud.

Omar’s response: “Witness intimidation is a federal crime. Given the new allegations that you directed Cohen to lie to Congress and collude with Russia, you may want to tread lightly, Mr. President”

Say what you want about Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar, but they do a great job of keeping their names in the headlines.
