Four Texas women are facing felony charges for participating in a voter fraud ring. Why risk so much to be able to vote? Were they promised a green card in exchange for this?
Back in 2016 political consultant Aaron Harris raised this issue. Finally, a couple years later it’s all now coming to light.
In 2016 Harris claimed that he was tracking “harvesters” who fill out mail-in voting ballots and forge signatures. Four Texas women in the video below were charges with felonies for this, but they aren’t the only ones.
It’s good to see four women paying the penalty for voter fraud, but there is a lot of work left to do.
As part of their punishment, they should lose their voting rights for life. Enough is enough when it comes to making fraud a big part of elections.
Four women are facing felony charges, accused of being part of what Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office called an organized voter fraud ring in Fort Worth.
The voter fraud charges involve mail-in ballots sent in ahead of the 2016 primary election in Texas. Paxton’s office said the case targeted elderly voters on the north side of Fort Worth.
A grand jury indicted Leticia Sanchez, Leticia Sanchez Tepichin, Maria Solis and Laura Parra on Wednesday.
Paxton’s office said the women harvested votes, by filling out applications for mail-in ballots, with forged signatures. Then they would either “assist” the voter with filling out the ballot, or fill it out themselves, and use deception to get the voter to sign the envelope the ballot would be sent back in.
Political consultant Aaron Harris said Friday the case stemmed out of information he provided to investigators back in 2016.
“The harvesters sit around and fill these out by the hundreds, often by the thousands,” he said Friday.
Who are these women? Are they illegal immigrants? Criminals?
How about if they are not citizens, let’s save the taxpayers some money and deport them. Make them their home country’s problems again. They have no place in this country.
