BOMBSHELL: Hillary Clinton Ignored Request To Fire Advisor Who Sexually Harassed An Aide In 2008

In a report from the New York Times, champion of the left Hillary Clinton ignored a request to fire a “faith advisor” who had been sexually harassing a young female aide.

The man who was accused is Burns Strider. He was a co-founder of the American Values Network. The only punishment he received for sexually harassing the aide was losing a few weeks pay and undergoing counseling. This was despite the 30-year-old aide accusing him of rubbing her shoulders inappropriately, kissing her on the forehead and sending a series of suggestive emails to her. Why didn’t this come out sooner? The victim signed a non-disclosure act to keep her from discussing any of the inner workings of the campaign.

Maggie Haberman and Amy Chozick, the authors of the New York Times piece, were able to speak to eight different former campaign officials. They claim that the campaign manager in 2008, Patti Solis Doyle, spoke with other senior campaign officials about the sexual harassment. Per the Times: “The complaint was taken to Ms. Doyle, the campaign manager, who approached Mrs. Clinton and urged that Mr. Strider, who was married at the time, be fired, according to the officials familiar with what took place. Mrs. Clinton said she did not want to, and instead he remained on her staff.”

Per Daily Wire:

Strider reportedly sent Hillary Clinton scripture readings every morning for months during the 2008 campaign. He later was hired by Correct the Record, a group that was founded by David Brock and supported Hillary’s 2016 run; three sources familiar with management there told the Times that he was fired after several months for workplace issues; allegations were made that he harassed a young female aide.

The Times reported that a spokesman for Mrs. Clinton offered a statement from Utrecht, Kleinfeld, Fiori, Partners, which represented the Clinton 2008 campaign. The statement asserted, “To ensure a safe working environment, the campaign had a process to address complaints of misconduct or harassment. When matters arose, they were reviewed in accordance with these policies, and appropriate action was taken. This complaint was no exception.”

Hillary Clinton likes to pretend to be a champion of the #MeToo movement. Of course, that’s only when it’s convenient for her. Since it wasn’t convenient to get rid of a senior advisor, she instead brushed this incident to the side. Well now it is coming back to bite her, much like many of her past mistakes.
