In the wake of the Charlottesville car attack, fools from the far left are calling for gun control. “Everytown for Gun Safety,” a far left group, didn’t waste any time making the notion.
One person attending the event in Charlottesville was killed and 19 others were injured by the driver of a car. The driver was Alex Fields Jr., a 20-year-old who allegedly ran over the crowd at the rally.
After the event, emotions were high and you could easily see this coming. Everytown for Gun Safety, a political advocacy organization, thought it was a good idea to shift gears and focus on the open carry laws in Virginia. There were some attendees of the even tho were openly armed. You may be thinking, “What does that have to do with someone ramming a crowd with his car?” Well let’s see if the tweets by Everytown help make any sense of it.
After Charlottesville Attack, the Left Calls for Gun Control

On top of that, Everytown also retweeted a tweet from a professor where it was stated, “When so many demonstrators come out armed, it only takes one to ignite a fire.”
There was not a single gun used at the rally. The car was clearly what was used to cause death. It’s incredible that these fools think this is a great time to push for more gun control.
It didn’t take long for some Twitters to smack Everytown up the head with some logic.
Racism and ANYTHING is dangerous, don't blame inanimate objects.Remember, guns keep the wolves from the door. Not one shot fired in Virginia

What a bunch of losers what does gun control have to do with the running down of pedestrians by a motor vehicle

Lol, what a bunch of gun grabbing nut jobs. How does a car hitting people have to do with guns?? If you hate the 2A, leave the country!

Did the car have a gun mounted on it?
What does "gun control" have to do with car attacks?

Stop blaming victims and law abiding citizens for violence. And, in this case, vehicular homicide, on guns. It's preposterous.

how many shots were fired in Charlottesville again! Oh, that's right, NONE you twits!

It’s pretty obvious that guns played no factor in this incident. Despite this, the left goes back to one of their favorite talking points: gun control.
